Spennie Beag B & B is open throughout the year. Advance bookings are welcome.

Adults: £22.50 per person

Children (under 12 years in parent’s room): £10

Cash and cheque are acceptable.  A deposit for the value of the 1st night's stay is required as confirmation of the booking.

In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.

Check in is anytime after 12.30, check out 10am.

Pets are permitted, so long as they are well supervised and not left unattended in the property.

We also have a NO SMOKING policy in the house, out of respect for other guests.
